Ravi Fernando has been with Tesla Plantation for 15 years, starting as a field supervisor and rising through the ranks. He specializes in operational efficiency and process optimization. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of agricultural operations have been key to maintaining high quality standards across all our facilities.
